Alyssa is a second-year resident of the Chi Alpha minister in training program. She completed her bachelor’s degree from UNT in 2020 and is using this next phase of her life to prepare for a career in full-time ministry.

As a resident, Alyssa is taking an active role in the discipleship of young students at Texas Woman’s University, a campus we hope to create a large and growing presence of disciple-makers in the near future. Alyssa has asked to be part of this focus as we work to develop the next generation of students who will lead as Ambassadors of Christ on their campus.

With a strong focus on blending academic discover with hands-on application, Alyssa is devoted to the work of the ministry as she leads students on mission trips, creates community-minded programs, and serves students through the real-life challenges of university life.

As full-time missionaries, Alyssa is responsible for assembling a team of partners who give monthly gifts to fund the work she is doing on campus. These funds provide for her monthly personal income as well as her personal ministry expenses.
