North Texas Fine Arts Festival - Waxahachie, TX

March 8 - March 9

This spring, we will be serving our district youth ministries by volunteering at their annual fine arts festival. Hundreds of teens from around the state will gather to participate in a festival event which features students’ skills in all varieties of fine arts.

XA Students will travel to Southwestern Assemblies of God University where they will help facilitate presentation rooms, prepare decor and displays, and assist with clean up.

Where will we be staying in Waxahachie?

We will be hosted in the Assemblies of God district camp ground cabins, just 15 minutes from the university. These are bunk-style facilities with full bathrooms. Meals will be provide via the university cafeteria. (Please supply your own bedding and towels).

Does it cost anything to volunteer?

There is no cost to volunteer at this event.

How are we getting to Waxahachie?

Volunteers will caravan to the event together on Friday afternoon, the week of the event.

What if I have a class or work conflict?

If you are unable to volunteer for the whole time, that’s okay! Just let the volunteer leader know about your availability and arrangements can be made for you.
