Jessie is a staff member with Chi Alpha in Denton serving at UNT. A graduate of both UNT and the XA Denton Ministry Residency, she is an essential presence in the day-to-day activities of the ministry.

Having grown up in the North Texas region, she selected UNT as her college destination and during her second semester on campus, she attached quickly to the community. During her four years as a student, completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education while she enthusiastically engaged in the mission and vision of being an Ambassador for Christ. Jessie completed Chi Alpha’s two-year residency program which as trained her to become a vocational minister.

Today, Jessie directs the on-campus presence of Chi Alpha, creating engaging programs and leading teams to make the Gospel accessible to new students at UNT.

As full-time missionaries, Jessie is responsible for assembling a team of partners who give monthly gifts to fund the work she is doing on campus. These funds provide for her monthly personal income as well as her personal ministry expenses.
